Ronan Harvey - Owner of Cotswold Airport
Ronan trained as an aircraft engineer with the RAF and post the RAF worked for an airline before developing his own network of business. In 1995 he moved Polydron International into G Site and he formed Delta Jets and became involved with the management of the airfield. Ronan, who had previously started, and developed the Northampton Balloon Festival, was the driving force behind the first civilian run Kemble Air Day in 1996 and the ‘architect’ of proposals for the future of Kemble leading to his purchase of the estate in March 2001. His passion for the airfield and investment in it led to the opening of the AV8 Restaurant and CAA Licensing in 2002, the development of the annual Air Day to national event status and more recently the construction of 12 new GA hangars. Ronan, holds a twin aircraft rating, a helicopter licence, is an aerobatic pilot, and has flown solo in a Hunter jet. His other passion is sailing and he now lives in Vanuatu. His daughter, Suzannah, joined the KAS Board in 2008.
Suzannah Harvey - CEO/Group MD
Following four years as a consultant in the recruitment industry, Suzannah started Universal Model Managment Ltd in 2003, a sucessful model and promotions agency with over 1000 personalities represented world wide. In 2007 Suzannah began organising the corporate entertainment at Cotswold Airport and in 2008 has taken a full time post as a Director looking after marketing, events and business development. In June 2012, Suzannah was appointed as CEO and Group MD. Hobbies include playing Polo, shooting & fishing. Suzannah's father, Ronan is the airport owner.
Nick Howard - Operations Director/Aiport Manager
Nick started flying Microlights at Kemble in 2002 going on to instruct at Enstone and Cotswold Airport . Nick joined KAS Ltd in Nov 2007 as a FISO, although no longer instructing Nick still enjoys flying Microlights and light aircraft.Mountain trekking and cycling. Nick was appointed Airport Manager in June 2009 and in June 2012 he was invited to join the Board of Directors asOperations Director.
Glen Moreman - Airport Operations Manager
Responsible for the day to day operational aspects of Cotswold Airport , liasing with staff, operators, pilots and flying clubs to ensure the smooth running of the airport. Glen has lived locally all his life and has a passion for vintage jets, rock music and football!. Glen is also akeen aviation historian and has considerableknowledge of Cotswold Airport ’s history going back to 1936. He first started working at Cotswold Airport as a volunteer in 1996 and has been here ever since!!
Jayne McDonnell - FISO and Airport Operations Assistant
Jayne started out in the Aviation Industry as an Air Traffic Assistant at Cranfield Airport, Bedfordshire, in 2001. In October 2004 she joined KAS as a temp for a week and just never left! In 2006 Jayne went to Australia for 3 months where she enjoyed some excellent life experiences working on a cattle farm and as a groom for a top equestrian 3 day event rider, later returning to KAS as an Operations Assistant and beacme a valued member of the FISO team in March 2007. Horses are her life long passion and Jayne if often seen out in the cotswold lanes with her ponies and now lives with her husband, Andy, and their two horses

Lee has the unenviable task of heading up the accounts team here at Cotswold Airport.
Paul Brown - FISO and Aiport Operations Assistant
Paul was one of the original members of staff at Kemble, when it was taken over by Kemble Air Services, and looked after a lot of the work related to getting the airfield licenced. In 2006, Paul left Kemble to pursue his love of photography and aviation, but very quickly found a ‘niche’ working in aviation special events, which included flight safety at the UK rounds of the Red Bull Air Race and organising and working at numerous other aviation events in the UK, and as far afield as New Zealand! He returned in the summer of 2009, after 3 years away. Paul was instrumental in forming the Association of UK FISO's, whihc has brought all the air traffic units that provide the same level of service (AFISO) as Kemble together, and has been Chair since the association was formed in 2011. In 2015 Paul was voted as president of the WOrldwide FISO Association (IFISA). It's fair to say Paul knows quite a bit about the rules and regulations for the AFISO service! His other interests include Formula 1, computing and photography.
Lavina Ralston - Airport Operations
Lavina is Cotswold Airports operations office resident Formula One enthusiast with a passion for Lewis Hamilton. She can often be heard urging him to victory whilst watching one of the grand prix races.
Julian Sims - FISO and Airports Operations Assistant
Julian has been with us for a number of years working as a FISO in the tower and in our busy operations department. He has a keen interest in motorbikes and is a keen radio amateur.
Antonia Silk - Airport Operations
Antonia is the latest recruit to the operations team and has already settled in nicely. Until recently she used to work for Air Salvage International on the airport and so is very experienced in aerodrome operations and Cotswold Airport procedures.
Jo Welch - PR and Events Manager
Jo has worked in the events and PR industry for 25 years, managing events and publicity campaigns for many big brands. Since working for Cotswold Airport Jo has developed a fascination for aviation and is taking lessons with on-site flying school, Freedom Aviation to gain her PPL.
Cal Wait - FISO (Part-time)
Cal spent many years as an air traffic controller in the Royal Air Force with his last two postings before retirement being at Lyneham and Brize Norton. He has a vast amount of experience within the air traffic world and is often on hand to offer advice. Although he is part time he still manages to be heard on the radio here fairly frequently keeping his hand in by providing a FISO service.
David Marshall - FISO (Part-time)
Dave is another of our part time members of the FISO team and is a keen aviation enthusiast having been a member of the Fairford Aviation Society and the Cirencester Air Group. He currently works for Stroud District Council and is heavily involved in the restoration of the Thames and Severn Canal with the Cotswold Canals Trust.
Emil Benson - Airport Operations (Part-Time)
Emil is a keen young aviator with an interest in gliding locally at Cotswold Gliding Club and has now gained his private pilots license. To fund these activities he has a part time job here at Cotswold Airport and he also is a delivery driver for a local Waitrose store.
James Selby - Estates
James is now heading up the Esates Team at Cotswold Airport and is responsible for making sure that all of the grounds and buildings are kept in good condition.
