Handling services...

For business aircraft weighing over 2750kg, our handling services are an essential part of your experience with us. If you're flying a private aircraft or a business aircraft under 2750kg, rest assured that our Airport Manager will provide handling services as needed to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. We strive to accommodate your needs with a starting handling fee of just £55.00 + VAT during operational hours, and £80.00 + VAT for those times outside of our standard hours.

To ensure we meet your expectations, please send your handling requests to ops@cotswoldairport.com at least 24 hours before your aircraft movement. We appreciate as much notice as possible to prepare for your arrival.

For our regular or based operators, we offer the convenience of out-of-hours handling, provided there is a prior written agreement in place.

• Enjoy our aromatic Filter Coffee at £25.00 + VAT per pot/caddy.
• Hot water is available free of charge for your comfort.
• Need ice? We've got you covered at just £5.00 + VAT per bucket/2 kg bag.
• Stay updated with our selection of newspapers, starting from £15.00 + VAT.
• Indulge in our catering options, with prices beginning at £25.00 per person.
• For ease of travel, we can arrange crew transfer taxis, with operators covering the direct costs.
• We can also assist in booking hotels for your crew, with direct settlement of costs with the hotel.
